My talus bone is fractured and torn ligaments. i'm in a boot. it's been a month now and i'm still in pain, foot is still swollen. and red in places???

Follow up: You would certainly want to continue followup with your doctor. You could be in a normal healing process as talus fractures take several weeks to heal, or there are complications that can occur like a non Union or avascular necrosis. Keep your appointments and follow their restrictions with regard to weight bearing status.
