Teeth: Everyone is different. General rule of thumb first teeth in first teeth out and first new teeth to show however everyone is different. Nothing to worry about for now. If the centrals do not show in 6 months then an xray can be taken to see where they are/if they are present. If you see that they are coming but slowly no problem.

Not normal: Don't wait...See a growth and development specialist, an orthodontist, now. Upper centrals are supposed to erupt 6-12 months before laterals. If laterals erupt first they migrate toward the central incisor areas and further block eruption of the centrals. The timing and location of eruption of permanent teeth is exquisitely important. Waiting can worsen the problem. Go now for evaluation.
