There could be some crowding from lateral incisor not letting the central to erupt, which could erupt eventually behind the lateral. Only an x-ray will show this. Consult with a pediatric dentist for the best course of treatment.

I had my 16 weeks ultrasound yesterday. Today I noticed the ultrasound looked like the baby was blowing a huge bubble attached to its mouth (probably as big as the babies head). The only ultrasound I found that looked like it showed a teratoma?
