Tooth replacement: You sound like an excellent patient to orthodontic close the space and replace your congenitally missing tooth with an implant. However you need an exam to have a proper evaluation.

Implants: You might be a great candidate for implants to replace your lateral incisors. It may rrequire orthodontics to create the ideal spacing.
