Doubt it: The primary teeth include 20, 10 u and 10 l teeth, most of which are in by age 3. Some have many early and some have none until 15 mo. Count what you see.I doubt you will find extra.

Sometimes: Sometimes an extra tooth may be formed and erupt (or have no room to erupt) which is called a supernumerary tooth or teeth. Often, an orthodontist may have to be involved with decision making about the extra teeth.

Yes: Your toddler either has permanent erupting while baby teeth are still present , or have extra teeth develops from division of teeth buds during formation , it's calked superneuamry tooth. Consult your dentist about options of removing it.
