Contact your dentist: This is not an unusual event but one with great significance. Urgent care may help save the teeth which are an important spacing place holder for the permanent teeth. If the teeth are lost the rest of the teeth will shift & trigger changes in alignment. This can produce an undesired cosmetic change for the future.

Trauma: Immediately call Dentist (He should have had 1st dental examination by is 1st b'day) to arrange to have him seen. A Pedodontist, a pediatric dental specialist may be needed. Teeth will have to be repositioned and stabilized. He will have to be checked for fracture of teeth, surrounding bone, and/or damage to underlying baby teeth. Call for appointment now...don't put this off. No more counter top.
