Pediatric dentist: Call at once for an appointment before the infection spreads and causes further complications. The teeth should have been treated long ago.

See pediatric dentis: See a pediatric dentist to have evaluation and treatment. The abscesses need to be cleaned up so they don't affect the permanent teeth that are under these teeth.

Pediatric dental specialist (Pedodontist) immediately. Decay and especially abscess require immediate care. Spreading infection can damage other organ systems. Please do not delay. And for all other new parents who may read this exchange, Standard of Care is that all children have 1st dental appointment no later than 1st b'day.
