Good day, my toddler is a year and seven months. he doesn't sleep at night. he moans for a while then goes over to crying. please help. should i change his milk? his eating plan? i thought by now it will go much better because all his teeth is out.

Bedtime routine: A bedtime routine should be established. Bath, reading a story and bedtime at a certain time that allows adequate sleep time.

Overdue: At 19 months your child is at least 7 months overdue for his 1st dental appointment, especially if he is b being put to bed with a bottle. Your son's problem may be medical, dental, or both. He has to immediately see a children's medical specialist (Pediatrician) and children's dental specialist (Pedodontist). and at 19 months he still has more baby teeth to come in. Please see the specialists now
