Probably not gb: Sludge or gravel in gall bladder does not usually cause symptoms and can disappear with time. Endoscopy, blood tests, and other imaging testing can examine stomach, large bowel and small bowel for possible contribution to your symptoms. Abdominal symptoms can be related to stomach, pancreas, liver etc. Another option is to follow gall bladder diet with elimination of certain foods to see if helps.
