Probably: Doesn't sound like pancreas cancer. Can't tell here what it is.

Likely yes: Pancreas cancer progresses, and over 1 1/2 years an untreated pancreatic cancer would likely be advanced. Your age is also quite young to get or be concerned with pancreas cancer.
