Nuts ; seeds, also..: Technically you're not a vegetarian since you eat fish; it's fine to eat-just don't say you're a vegetarian! nuts ; seeds are excellent sources of protein- hemp seeds are among the very best sources.Greens like broccoli ; kale contain surprising amounts of protein- see http://www.Drfuhrman.Com/faq/question.Aspx?Sid=16;qindex=9 quinoa is also a good source. Your current diet supplies good protein.
