See and consult a few if necessary. Get some recommendations. Discuss your situation, have them discuss the procedure and fees. You and their office staff can call your insurance company to discuss your coverage.

Service: Jaw surgery is a service, not a commodity. Cost of procedure determined by many factors, so you'll have to ask the Oral Surgeon who will be performing the surgery to advise you as to cost.
