Nose does not get sp: Nose can get bruised and can have fracture of the nasal bone if it is deformed nose does not get sprained sprain is when there ia tear or stretch of a ligament which is a connective tissue between two bones and there is no such thing in nose.

Not likely: A sprain implies there is a muscle to be sprained. Generally if a deformation is present, it is likely a fracture of the cartilage or nasal bone fracture. I would see a facial plastic surgeon asap to get imaging of facial bones and have them splint the nose.
