Yes: If you hit your head or had a rapid "whiplash" type mechanism during your fall, then you could have a concussion. Headache, fatigue, dizziness, balance problems, light & noise sensitivity, memory or concentration problems are the most common post-concussion symptoms. Brain & body rest are the keys to recovery in the first 1-2 weeks. No activities now that could result in another blow to the head.
