None or vit. D: You should be getting all necessary vitamins through food. The only vitamin supplement you may potentially need is vitamin d as us population appears to be chronically deficient in it.

Depends on diet ;...: It's best to get vitamins from our diet but the majority of americans are deficient in vit. D, e ; a ; folate, (folic acid) calcium ; magnesium ; over 1/3 are deficient in vit c, b6 ; zinc, so unless you have an exceptional diet it is reasonable to take a quality multivitamin and 5-8, 000 iu/day of vit d3.
