Fruit.: Fruit is low in calories, high in nutritive value and often contains some fiber. The down side of your strategy is that there's no room to include some protein, which is important. Perhaps a little bit of yogurt with your fruit? I'd rather see you invest some more calories and include protein with your carbohydrates.
