What has changed: Look at what is different this week. Physically,has your weight hit a low and your body is needing more fuel?Are you exercising more intensely? Emotionally, consider whether you are worried or stressed by something new or upcoming, excitement as well as trouble. Is it hunger that is waking you up or anxiety? These questions may help you begin to figure it out.
