Iv lost 15 pounds but at night i tend to get really hungry. i try to snack on apples or grapes no help! what can i do to not eat to much a night?

Try to control it: Try to avoid snacks, as they make it more difficult (or even impossible) to lose weight. Try exercise before bedtime. If you must snack, use low calorie foods such as veggies, not fruit which can have lots of calories. Check w/your registered dietitian.
