Different treatments: Blackheads do not need cosmetic surgery. They can be treated easily with topical medicines. Scarring may require surgery with a scalpel, laser, steroid injections or other method. Depends on the scar. However, scars are basically permanent marks but their severity can be reduced.

Fillers: You can use cosmetics fillers to possibly reduce the appearance of depressed acne scars. Often they are used in conjunction with other treatments such as subcision and chemical peels and laser resurfacing.

Acne scars: Acne scars, like all scars, are permanent. The best you can achieve is that you make them less visible. Scars being full thickness skin damage, as such, require a fairly aggressive treatment to improve them. Laser resurfacing, done by competent practitioner will give a good result. For smaller areas punch excision or subcision can be done.
