I am still in school, my acne has been bad for a long time. i deal with mostly blackheads, acne scars, bumps, and pimples. i have a very good, consistent skincare routine but my acne doesn't get better. i wear a lot of makeup every day?

It is hard to determine whether you have had a nodulocystic acne from your description of facial lesions. If you do, tretinoin therapy by dermatologist would be beneficial.
