Meds: Eyelid acne is tough to treat to the the proximity to the eyeball. Nevertheless it should be treated via meds that are gentle to the eyelid skin. Consulting a dermatologist helps.

Benzoyl peroxide: I would start out with an over-the-counter benzoyl peroxide cleanser and gel. If you do not see improvement within two weeks, i would then see a dermatologist.
