I was wondering what are the signs of end stage copd?

COPD: At the later stages of copd, most people lose weight, they have barrel chest, they breath leaning forward with pursed lips and are mainly bluish at the nail beds, the ear lobes and the tip of the nose, they are breathing faster and later will have changes in mental status, cognition and wakefulness.
