Probably time to switch my cymbalta (duloxetine) 60mg to another ocd med...has anyone used cymbalta (duloxetine) for ocd successfully--just curious--and yes i do cbt for ocd?

Yes-No-yes.: Cymbalta is in the class of snri and used for major depression especially depression associated with chronic pain and fibromyalgia. It is not usually indicated for ocd. It can help with the depression often associated with ocd. Yes, cbt helps a lot for ocd along with medications and there is quite a few such as luvox, anafranil, zoloft, prozac, paxil, (paroxetine) etc.
