Yes.: Some ppl can get akathisia -- limb restlessness with higher doses of SSRI meds. If the restlessness worsens tell your doc. May be evolving akathisia. Remedy may be low dose Benadryl (diphenhydramine) 25mg twice a day. Watch out for sedation and confusion from benadryl (diphenhydramine).
