Medication : Prescribing an appropriate medication is not a science; it's an art. Some of my colleagues may disagree with me for saying this out loud but finding the right medication in the right dosage for the right patient is often far more an act of voodoo than precise execution of some purported scientific exactitude. Reworded, different meds affect different patients in different ways.
