I don't: Children under 18 do not need surgery , need guidance health education besides the school . Right diet , not eating junk food on the couch but regular exercises , their metabolism is like a furnace will burn ant thing and loose weight in no time.

Weight loss for teen: That's a tough question. Ideally the lap band for adolescents because it is reversible and is the safest. However, it may not always be the best operation for that individual, and so a sleeve or gastric bypass may be better.
