Patience: Seems like u know the answers but you want faster results or you are being impatient with yourself. Usually consuming less calories and burning more is helpful. But also remember the goal should be 'slowly' losing it-- not more than 2 ibs/ month ---- initially --- then increase to 1 ib/week loss. Also after losing say 5-7 ibs---- try maintaining it for couple of mnths before trying to lose further.
