Need to see an Ortho: Surgeon, so you are evaluated and properly diagnosed. It might be more than just a pulled muscle, eg, it might be an acl injury or severe disruption of some ligament(s). So you should be seen by an orthopod. Sooner than later. Good luck and happy holidays.
