With out seeing how you wobble not really possible to say. Recommend you see a local Dr. for and opinion. Your Body is talking to you. Listen and take good notes. Like when does it start/stop? Where does it go? What makes it better/worse? How long does it last? Medication helps/worsens? Share with your Drs and you all will figure it out.

It’s not uncommon not to be able to stand on one extremity without wobbling. You are normal. It is not easy for most people. If you were to exercise and strengthen your muscle I believe you will see continued and on going improvement.
