I get non stop sprains in feet and legs. every year either its a foot or leg now its a thigh. im not athletic at all. i want to know what is wrong with my muscles. could this be a illness. started in 2013 been having to go to emergency room once year?

Sprains: Sprains are injuries to joints, while strains are muscle injuries. Lack of conditioning and flexibility are more likely than any medical issue. Seeing a physical trainer could help with muscle building around joints, flexibility and promoting good balance. Proper stretching techniques will also be taught.
