Use a planner: You sound like an extremely busy person, and iit may not seem "important" now but good nutrition now will pay off in the future. For busy people, focus on meals that are easy to prepare and have all the food groups. Stews/chilis etc can be made in a crock pot and leftovers frozen in small packets to be microwaved later. Choose smoothies w/veggies over soft drinks if you are underwt.
