Physical exercise and outdoor activities in general are critical in creating a healthy appetite. Seeing your doc to make sure medical conditions, including the depression spectrum of disorders, for example are not involved in your lack of appetite would be recommended.

Try to eat small meals more often. Eat foods that are full of nutrients and add more calories to your meals. Eat less fiber and eat out with friends as a sociable event. Don't skip breakfast.
