Yu can't: Gum swelling usually means gum/bone infection, or infection of one or more teeth. OTC meds ineffective. They don't affect a cure, just temporarily mask symptoms as the infection continues to spread. You need professional help, a Dentist or a gum specialist, a Periodontist. Please call now before problem becomes intractable.
