What to do if i have -5.75 diopters in my right eye and -6.25 diopters in my left eye. does this mean that i have profound low vision?

Myopia: No it does not mean you have low vision. Only means you are myopic (nearsighted) and need glasses to see things clearly at a distance. In your case anything more than about 10 inches away.

Myopia: Just means that you are nearsighted. My prescription is worse than yours, but my vision with glasses is better than 20/20. The number of your prescription has no correlation with your vision.
