I'm 34 & have been wearing glasses since age 4-5 for nearsightedness. i'm currently -11.25 for left eye and-10.50 for the right. my right eye seems stable but left keeps going up a quarter diopter. is there a chance it will ever stop. i'm scared?

It will stabilize. It would be prudent to consult an ophthalmologist to have a baseline examination for your vision health, rather than just refraction studies.
