My 14 years old daughtrer has worsening of vision from -4 to 6 diopters. is any way of surgery that can prevent her vision from this negative shift?

No: There is no surgery or medication that will stop the eye from growing. The eye's growth is the likely cause of the "myopic" shift. This can continue until the child is fully grown.

Not reproducibly: There are several different surgeries that claim to stabilize progressive myopia. None have been tested with a good clinical trial. I would wait until your daughter is an adult and is more likely to stabilize her refractive error and her axial length. Keep her outdoors for many activities as one large study showed that children who played outside more were much less myopic. Second opinion too.
