Serious problem: You describe a very serious depression syndrome. Often depression is much worse in the morning. With suicidal thoughts i recommend you go to the emergency room as soon as possible to be assessed for immediate help. Also call your doctor if you have one, if you do not again go to the emergency room now. Changing moods and eating disorder are a warning sign. Loneliness and grief can trip anyone.
