Also consider finding a therapist to talk to. Ultimately, you will need to address the root cause of your suicidal depression.

You can find well respected therapists on websites such as psychology today, or seek a website where patients give feedback on their therapist. Often, your primary care physician will know who to refer you to. No one who feels this bad should go it alone.
