BPD: If you in fact have borderline personality your moods can fluctuate quickly, especially in reaction to how you interpret the behavior of those around you in terms of your thoughts of how they view you. Seek psychotherapy with a veteran clinician. Best.

Likely connection: It sounds very difficult - for you and others around you too. Try not to think that a personality disorder "causes" feelings. Rather, that experiencing this sort of pattern is part of why you can be judged to have borderline pd traits or symptoms of bipolar disease. But it is the nature, severity and duration of your feelings that need attention. Try to find a good psychotherapist to DX ; treat.
