Fiancee has severe lower pelvic region. can i take her to hospital and use my insurance?

Likely not.: Unless she is your dependent or spouse and is on your health plan, than you cannot have other people use your insurance - even if they are your fiancee. But if you think this is could be a life threatening emergency, you should take her anyway.
