Vaginal Infection: Bacterial Vaginosis (BV) is basically an overgrowth of bacteria in the vagina--it can usually have a 'fishy ' odor and possibly a milky discharge. Antibiotics are the treatment. BV is not diagnosed with ultrasound so I am not sure why that was done.
