I am 36 weeks and 4 cm dilated and +1 i have pelvic pain shud i go to the hospital but no contractions ?

Yes: Being dilated for too long is concerning please go in and check this out now.

Probably.: It can be hard to differentiate pelvic pains from contractions, so your pains may be from contractions. Given that you are already 4cm dilated, you should have a pretty low threshhold to go and be checked for any change in pelvic pressure/pain - to see if you are in active labor.
