I have been in the hospital since sunday night after having lower right pain. normal wbc, fever gone, normal ct and pelvic us but still in pain. can i transfer hospitals? i just want this fixed

Talk to your doctor: It sounds like appendicitis, ovarian cysts, bowel obstruction and - assumedly - pregnancy and tubal pregnancy have been ruled out. I am guessing that checking your bowel further may be next. It is understandable that you want things fixed, but you are finding out that medicine isn't always clear-cut. Talk to your doctor to see what the next step in the plan is before you decide to make a transfer.

Not necessarily: Your workup has begun at the institution you have chosen. Talk with your doctor and insist on some face time and a clear cut course of action. If you are not satisfied, you are always entitled to a second opinion.
