This is for bipolar:600 tegretol , 100 lamictal....being that tegretol reduces lamictal by about 50%..is 50 mg even a therapeutic dose?

It always depends.: Dosing is always an individual thing, but in general 50mg of Lamictal is a small dose. It's possible that Lamictal could be very helpful for general anxiety as well.
