A 49-year-old male asked:
Would like to get off tegretol -600 and try a higher dose of lamictal--200--could lamictal possibly contain a bipolar patient by itself?

Unlikely: Lamictal helps with the lows while Depakote helps with the highs. I would not change anything without a thorough discussion with your psychiatrist and or neurologist.
