Some of followings:: If present >6m in >1 setting: inattentiion: short attention span, easily distracted, not seem to listen when spoken directly, forgetfulness, looses things, fails to finish duties in workplace. Hyperactivity: fidgetiness, too much moving, hard to stay/ be seated, on the go, excess talkativeness. Impulsivity: difficulty awaiting turn, interrupts/intrudes others. Symptoms not from other cause.

Best idea is to see the dr for that reason. Explain your symptoms and if having problems at school or work tell the dr about that as well.
