ADD, ADHD: Both have symptoms of inattention, inability to focus or stay on task, starting things but never finishing them, procrastination, inability to retain information and being easily distracted. The 'h' is for hyperactivity and includes impulsiveness and constant movement or fidgeting.

Disorder of attentio: ADD is a disorder of attention with difficulty focusing, perververing on tasks, difficulty with distractibility. ADHD adds impulsivity, restlessness and hyperactivity.
