Depression: It sounds like your daughter has tried multiple medications which do cause nausea (the ssri's and effexor). But there are many more options. Has she actually seen a psychiatrist? There are wellbutrin, (bupropion) tricyclics, and many augmentation strategies. I'm not sure why she "can't find right therapist." her difficulties may be more complex, but i suggest she not give up on feeling better.

Meds + cbt: I do not see mirtazapine, cymbalta, (duloxetine) and others on the list. In addition mood stabilizers may work such as lamotrigine, lithium. Hopefully she has had a careful physical with adequate blood work to assure there is nothing else going on - eg low thyroid, etc if she is near a medical center they likely have a mood disorder clinic. In addition findings show med +cbt better than meds alone.
