Had a stress test at cardiologist and was normal but still having chest pains. any ideas? also does this mean nothing is wrong with my heart?

Not the heart: Look at your risks such as dm, smoking and other diseases like sle. At your age without any of these risk, your risk of clogged arteries is low especially females, . I would not say you have no problem as i don't know about your valves etc. But you had a stress test and it seems normal including tolerance to activity. May be time to look for another cause.
