Not your heart: At your age, and with all those negative tests, it is most likely that your pain is muscular in origin, and not from a heart problem.

31/M- Ecgs always show RBBB related changes (especially at fast heart rate). Stress echo done 6 months back normal. In 2016, perfusion + tmt - normal. In 2011 (age-21), angiography normal. Anxiety + chest itichness+ soreness (most of the day).Help?
I went to the cardiologist bc of an abnormal ekg saying inferior ischemic. The cardiologist ekg was normal but he wanted echo and stress test to make sure. It been 3 days. If he saw something wrong like heart failure would he let me know right away?
